When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number and message you provide. When you browse the site we collect standard technical data — page requests, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type.

Enquiry details are used to respond to you, prepare a proposal, and deliver the work if you become a client. Technical data is used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful. We rely on your request and our legitimate interest in operating the business as the basis for this processing.

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and traffic sources in aggregate. Where advertising or conversion measurement tags are used, they are configured to record conversions rather than to build profiles for resale. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any page.

Enquiry information is stored in our customer relationship management platform and email system, and is accessible only to DMI staff working on your account. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, scheduling and analytics; they process data on our instructions only. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

If you give a phone number and opt in, we may contact you by call or SMS about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to messaging is never a condition of doing business with us.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards where tax, contract or government-contracting record-keeping obligations require it.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Info@digitalmarketing.inc and we will respond within 30 days.

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
