Differentiators

Why DMI is straightforward to award.

SDVOSB and HUBZone certification together is uncommon. It gives a contracting officer two separate set-aside routes to the same vendor, without a second vendor qualification process.

Accessibility is delivery work here, not a compliance afterthought. We remediate to Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA and document testing as we go, so the record exists before it is asked for.

We operate systems rather than hand over deliverables. Campaigns, CRM workflows and reporting continue to run after launch, against metrics agreed at award.

The principal office is in Louisville, Kentucky, and the workforce qualifies under the HUBZone program — the economic-impact requirement is satisfied by the ordinary course of business.
